Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer standard shipping via FedEx with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of USA or Singapore
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages:

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@extremaholdings.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
